My Approach

I work using an intergrative model. This means I draw upon a diverse range of modalities, techniques and tools to suit you and your individual needs.

I believe that at the heart of a successful therapeutic experience, the therapeutic relationship is key. I can offer a safe space where I am attuned to you and your needs. I think my instinctual and individualised approach to our sessions is the foundation for a profound journey in the therapy room.

The Intergrative Model

Here are some examples of the different therapeutic modalities we may explore as part of the integrative model:

Humanistic

We may explore your relationships, how you build attachments or how we connect in our therapy sessions.

Psychodynamic

We may explore unconscious patterns, childhood messages which shaped your blueprint on life or pre cognitive experiences.

Existential

We may explore concerns around mortality, the meaning of your life, loneliness and responsibility for your life path.

Trauma

We may explore past or present trauma, how to make sense of this experience and how to live a fulfilled life, despite the trauma you have suffered.

Somatic Work

We may explore the connection between your body and your mind. Using different techniques we may work in a body-centred way.

Person Centred

We may work in such a way that strives for you to achieve greater independence and connect with your true self.

During our sessions, I will not offer you advice or instructions. Instead, I will work collaboratively with you to enable your own empowerment. Our sessions will offer you the opportunity to get to know your true self and face your adversity together.
